May 3, 2013 - Hawaii Reserves announced today that Laie Ventures LLC has been selected as the developer to redevelop the Laie Hotel. January 8, 2013 - Hawaii Reserves announced today that the Laie Chevron will remain open for as long as possible. December 6, 2012 - The Laie Community Association, Hawaii Reserves, Inc., BYU-Hawaii and the Polynesian Cultural Center issued a preparedness reminder letter to Laie residents regarding the community's drainage system.
