In December of 2004, Gordon B. Hinckley, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, dedicated the Hale La'a Boulevard project. HRI provided management and oversight of the multi-million dollar improvement that has beautified the community for resident and visitor alike.
